Terms of Service

Welcome to OHMI Spiritware. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Accounts

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Ordering

Products are available either as pre-order (campaign-based) or in-stock items. Pre-order items are produced after the campaign ends and may take several weeks to arrive. In-stock items are available for immediate pickup.

Payment

We accept cash and check payments. Payment is due upon order pickup unless otherwise arranged. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled.

Pickup

Orders are available for pickup at your designated OHMI campus location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please pick up your order promptly.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed. Pre-order items that have already been submitted for production cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, use the cancel option on your order page or contact your campus coordinator.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once an order has been produced. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of pickup and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

OHMI Spiritware is provided "as is." Oakland Homeschool Music Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
